Earth
Earth shows day/night and monthly satellite views of the Earth with terrain shading while animating through the last few days of global cloud coverage (3D clouds). The Earth shading has been designed to accurately show the current locations of first-light, last-light, sunrise and sunset.
Apr 09: You can now drag Earth applet from browser to desktop. Also new deployment method used to enable more reliable running on different browsers.
Earth at that time. You can change the timezone to see the local time in that timezone. You can point your mouse to any location on the Earth to show information for that location like: terrain altitude or sea depth, local timezone, local time, magnetic variation and the times of first-light, sunrise, sunset and last-light (times are displayed as local time in the timezone you selected).
